La Distesa

Italy

La Distesa is a family-run estate in Marche, owned and operated by Corrado Dottori and his wife Valeria, with roots in Corrado’s grandfather’s original Verdicchio vineyard. From that one-hectare starting point, the estate has expanded to sites in Castelli di Jesi, Cupramontana, and San Paolo di Jesi. Farming has been organic from the beginning and has since moved toward biodynamic practice, without formal certification. Winemaking is led by Corrado Dottori, with a focused, artisanal range that includes Verdicchio alongside Montepulciano-based reds and rosato. The work is defined by limited releases and a strong hands-on, sustainability-minded approach.
