Producer

Jérémy Carteret

France

Jérémy Carteret is an independent Burgundy winemaker based in Monthélie, producing his own small, boutique-scale project. Following an apprenticeship with Benjamin Leroux, he works as the sole credited winemaker, making both red and white cuvées across several appellations. His wines follow a natural, low-intervention philosophy, with no formal sustainability certification listed. Production is highly limited, reflecting a personal and focused approach to Burgundy winemaking.
