Domaine Laurent Fayolle is a small, sixth-generation family estate in Gervans, in the Crozes-Hermitage area of the Northern Rhône. Laurent Fayolle runs the domaine with his sister Céline, working organically with an emphasis on biodiversity and polyculture. As both winegrower and winemaker, Laurent follows a modest, low-intervention approach across wines from Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Saint-Péray and Viognier IGP. Soft extraction, concrete vats and minimal new oak define the cellar style.
