Producer

Domaine Camille Thiriet

France

Founded in 2016 by Matt Chittick and Camille Thiriet, Maison Camille Thiriet is a micro-negotiant based at Château de Comblanchien in Burgundy. The founders are also the winemaking team, remaining directly involved in the winery’s artisanal operations and working with a network of more than 75 Burgundy growers. Its vineyards have been managed under organic viticulture since 2022, with a further 6.5 hectares in organic conversion. The domaine’s modest production and hands-on ownership reflect a focused, small-scale approach to Burgundy winemaking.
