Domaine Blain sœur et frère

France

Domaine Blain sœur et frère is a family-run Beaujolais estate established by siblings Lucie and Marc-Antonin Blain, originally from Chassagne-Montrachet. Since acquiring old-vine parcels on Mont Brouilly in 2014, they have focused on terroir-driven wines from vines over 50 years old. The estate practices reasoned sustainable viticulture, with all vineyard work carried out by hand and very low yields. Its three cuvées comprise one AOP Brouilly and two AOP Côte de Brouilly wines distinguished by altitude. Winemaking follows a Burgundian approach, with extended cuvaison and aging in wooden vats.
