Austria

Claus Preisinger is an independent, family-run estate in Gols, Burgenland, founded by Claus Preisinger in 2002, with a modern winery established in 2009. Owned and run by Preisinger himself, he also serves as the sole winemaker. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically under Rudolf Steiner principles, with Respekt-Biodyn and organic certification. In the cellar, the approach is low-intervention, relying on ambient yeasts, spontaneous fermentations, no cultivated yeast, and minimal sulfur. The estate works across many vineyard parcels and is known for a focused, artisanal approach rooted in biodynamic farming and hands-on winemaking.
