Producer

Château Viramière

France

Château Viramière is a family-owned Bordeaux estate passed down through six generations. Its winemaking emphasizes gentle handling: grapes are moved by gravity to reduce energy use, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, macerated for 10 days, and aged in vats and oak barrels. The estate’s farming approach focuses on living, fertile soils, reduced pesticide use, water management, climate-change adaptation, and biodiversity. These practices reflect a careful, environmentally conscious approach to producing Bordeaux wines.
