Cantina Giba is a small-scale Sardinian producer founded in 2013 through the restructuring of the 6 Mura winery, whose high-quality production began in 2002. It focuses on single-varietal wines: Carignano del Sulcis and Vermentino di Sardegna, made with grapes from local vineyards across southern Sardinia, including Calasetta, Sant’Antioco, Giba and Porto Pino. Its wines are presented in the 6 Mura excellence and Giba lines. The Carignano emphasizes terroir expression, with spontaneous fermentation and approximately three years of aging in 750-liter oak barrels.
