Soave Classico DOC

Cantina di Monteforte is a long-established cooperative in Monteforte d’Alpone, eastern Verona, near the Vicenza border. Founded in 1952, it brings together many member growers working across volcanic soils and following shared company directives. The cantina produces wines from Veneto’s historic denominations, including Soave, Valpolicella and Prosecco. Its Soave Clivus is selected from the harvest to express a direct, uncomplicated interpretation of the style. A history of technological development and vineyard-quality projects supports the winery’s focus on improving both production and wine quality. For more than 20 years, enologist and director Gaetano Tobin guided the cooperative’s development, strengthening Italian and international collaborations and helping secure numerous awards.
