Cadis 1898

Italy

Founded in Soave in 1898, Cadis 1898 is a major Veneto wine cooperative whose grower members contribute grapes from the hills of Soave, Valpolicella and Bardolino. Its integrated “from grape to bottle” model combines controlled grape selection, winemaking and traceability with certified production standards, technical expertise and digital vineyard monitoring. The range reflects Verona’s viticultural heritage, from mineral Soave Classico and structured Valpolicella reds to sparkling wines and versatile labels for retail, hospitality and international markets. Cadis invests annually in sustainable agriculture, low-impact technologies and member training, with initiatives including integrated vineyard management, renewable energy, water recovery and lighter packaging. Tradition and technological innovation are presented as complementary elements of a consistent, market-oriented production approach.
