Bric Cenciurio

Italy

Bric Cenciurio is a small, family-run estate in Piedmont’s Langhe and Roero, founded around 1990 by Franco Pittatore and Carlo Sacchetto. Today, Alessandro and Alberto Pittatore work alongside their mother Fiorella and uncle Carlo, with winemaking led by the brothers and supported by Gianfranco Cordero. The estate farms vineyards in Barolo, Novello, Castellinaldo and Magliano Alfieri, including the Roero’s Sito dei Fossili, known for its white marl soils. Its approach combines manual work, traditional agricultural practices, biodiversity and reduced synthetic inputs, with respect for natural cycles and moon-phase timing. In the cellar, the family pursues finesse and straightforwardness, experimenting thoughtfully while preserving freshness and drinkability in wines including Barolo, Roero and Langhe Nebbiolo.
