Bodegas Los Tinos, in Castilla-La Mancha, brings together the T-oinos vineyard and Domaine de Kalathas. Founded around 20 years ago by former Alain Ducasse sommelier Gerard Margeon, T-oinos is led by Margeon, while Domaine de Kalathas is owned and run by French vigneron Jérôme Binda. Both operations work on a small-scale, artisanal basis, focusing on natural wines from indigenous Greek varieties. They practice biodynamic viticulture, with Domaine de Kalathas also certified organic, and emphasize hand-crafted winemaking and sustainability.
