Blue Fish is a Pfalz wine brand created in 2005 by Die Weinmacher, the winemaking subsidiary of the Deutsches Weintor cooperative. Its wines are made from grapes grown by cooperative member families in the Mittelhaardt, with organic Riesling among the vineyards supplying the range. The growers emphasize environmental care through soil-sample-based fertilisation, reduced insecticide use and a strict no-GMO policy, while production is low in sulphites and vegan-friendly. Based in Niederkirchen, Die Weinmacher produces accessible, fruit-forward German wines with modern branding. Thomas Münch serves as chief oenologist.
