Wildehurst Wines is a boutique winery in Koringberg, Swartland, owned by Joanne Hurst, with Chris Hurst also noted as co-owner. Established in 2009, it focuses on natural, low-intervention winemaking and is particularly known for Méthode Cap Classique. Winemaker Sheree Nothnagel works without commercial yeast, enzymes or added acids, aiming to preserve terroir. The winery’s garden-vineyard concept and membership of the Swartland Independent Producers reflect its sustainability-minded approach, although no formal certifications are cited.
