Vestini Campagnano

Italy

Vestini Campagnano is a family-run estate in Caiazzo, Campania, owned by Alberto Barletta and managed by his sons Amedeo and Luigi. Its certified-organic vineyards lie in two distinct territories: Caiazzo, between the Taburno and Matese ranges, and Conca della Campania, at the foot of the extinct Roccamonfina volcano. The estate focuses on native varieties including Pallagrello and Casavecchia, with a commitment to tradition, territory, and the revival of historic grapes. Winemaking is overseen by enologist Paolo Caciorgna, whose work includes fermentation, malolactic conversion, and barrel aging aimed at elegance. Through Vestini Campagnano and the related Poderi Foglia venture, the families involved explore distinctive expressions of these Campanian landscapes.
