Rotari is the Trentodoc sparkling-wine brand of Trentino-based Gruppo Mezzacorona, launched in 1977. Its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir come from steep, high-altitude terraces and varied Alpine, Continental, and Mediterranean microclimates in the Dolomites. Grapes are manually harvested and made by the traditional Metodo Classico, with bottle fermentation and extended lees ageing, producing wines marked by freshness, minerality, elegance, and lightness. Rotari promotes sustainable agriculture through manual cultivation, organic nutrients, drip irrigation, ecosystem preservation, renewable energy, water protection, and waste reduction; its grapes and wines hold SQNPI certification. The modern Cantina Rotari follows the process from base-wine preparation through remuage and disgorgement, while also welcoming visitors for tours, tastings, and events.
