2025 · AOP Rosé

Domaine Pinchinat is a family-owned estate in Provence, held by the same family since the 13th century and now led by Alain de Welle, with his son Clément joining in 2025. Located in the Sainte-Victoire vineyards of AOP Côtes de Provence, the estate farms its vineyards organically, a practice maintained since 1990. Chemical weeding is excluded, soils are amended with organic composts, and treatments use the most natural products. The clay-limestone soils, marked by scree stones and situated at 280 metres, express the character of the Provençal vineyard. Wines are vinified and aged in stainless-steel or concrete tanks, with only minimal sulphur added and no other chemical products used.
