Paul Durdilly is a family-run Beaujolais estate based in Le Bois d’Oignt, owned and operated by the father-and-son team Paul Durdilly et Fils since the 1970s. The estate farms old vines across small parcels with varied soils, including granite, schist, river debris, clay and limestone. Farming follows lutte raisonnée principles and is HVE-certified. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged in cement tanks and large foudres. Paul Durdilly’s wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered, reflecting a traditional, hands-on approach and limited production.
