Mas Doix is a family-rooted estate in Poboleda, Priorat, founded in 1998 by the Doix and Llagostera families and still co-owned by them after a 2019 partnership with Cliff Lede. Working old Grenache and Carignan vines planted since 1902 on steep llicorella slate, with some clay-limestone soils and small amounts of other varieties, the team farms organically in conversion with some biodynamic practices. Led by oenologist Sergi Batet with Valentí and Ramon Llagostera, the winery follows a minimal-intervention approach aimed at expressing Poboleda’s microclimate, fruit, freshness, minerality and salinity. Its range includes village and classified-vineyard wines, notably from Coma de Cases and Tossal d’en Bou.
