Framingham is a Marlborough producer based in the Wairau Valley, with estate vineyards around its cellar door at Renwick. First planted in 1981, the estate includes some of Marlborough’s older Riesling vines, and Riesling is a clear signature, made in several styles. The winery also produces Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer and other varietals under the Framingham label, alongside the small-lot F-Series and the certified organic True Nature range. Framingham combines traditional winemaking with organic farming, with the estate managed under organic principles for more than a decade. Its wines are described as full-flavoured, with subtle nuance, balanced minerality and mouth-filling texture.
