Feudi Branciforti dei Bordonaro is a historic, family-managed Sicilian winery now in its fifth generation. Based at Tenuta Gelso Grande in the Trapani countryside, between Monte Erice and the Egadi Islands, the estate’s vineyards lie at approximately 300–400 metres above sea level. The winery emphasizes sustainability and quality enology as an authentic expression of Sicily’s agricultural knowledge, combining tradition and innovation. Its wines focus particularly on indigenous varieties such as Nero d’Avola, grown in calcareous-clay soils, while also exploring Sicily’s broader range of native and international grapes. The project is dedicated to expressing the island’s distinctive terroir and valuing its many winemaking traditions.
