Domaine Les Davids is a certified organic estate in the Luberon, producing Ventoux wines from vineyards rooted in diverse limestone terroirs. Owned by Belgian entrepreneur Sophie Le Clercq, the property combines viticulture with biodiversity-focused farming, gardens, a bakery and an art-integrated landscape. The vineyards are cultivated with attention to natural yeasts, water management and environmental integration, while the gravity-flow winery reflects the estate’s sensitive architectural approach. Aristide, Mayra and Éric Boschman lead the winemaking, working with master sommeliers across several ranges, from fresh, convivial Bistronomie wines to structured Terres and characterful Château d’Autet cuvées. The estate also produces limited-edition wines highlighting Rhône varieties and careful aging.
