Domaine Hauvette

France

Domaine Hauvette is a small, family-run estate in Saint-Rémy de Provence, owned and led by winemaker Dominique Hauvette with the assistance of Jérômine and Cosme-Marie. Working across several Provençal appellations, the estate farms biodynamically and organically, with manual vineyard work, low yields, and a strong commitment to sustainability. Its natural wines are made with minimal intervention and no added sulfur, then aged in concrete eggs. Modest production and a philosophy of “no shortcuts” reflect the domaine’s artisanal approach and pioneering role in the natural wine movement.
