Domaine Fabrice Gasnier

France

Domaine Fabrice Gasnier is a family estate in Cravant-les-Coteaux, Loire Valley, run by Fabrice and Sandrine Gasnier. In the family for four generations, the domaine has been farmed organically and biodynamically since 2008, with Ecocert and Demeter certification. Their approach emphasizes natural, low-intervention winemaking and respect for the fruit. Cabernet Franc is central to the range, used for rosé, sparkling, and red wines, alongside Chenin Blanc for whites. Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed and sorted, then fermented in small homemade cement tanks in a temperature-controlled cellar, while white wines are fermented and aged in barrel. The vineyards span varied soils including granite, clay-siliceous, clay-flint, and clay-limestone with tuffeau subsoil.
