Domaine du Murinais

France

Domaine du Murinais is a seventh-generation, family-run estate in Beaumont-Monteux, in the Rhône Valley’s Crozes-Hermitage appellation. Luc Tardy oversees the domaine with his wife Catherine and son Valentin, continuing the Tardy family’s hands-on involvement in both vineyard and cellar. The vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic, with biodynamic certification achieved in 2021, reflecting a sustainable, low-intervention approach. Grapes are hand-harvested, wines are produced in modest volumes, and ageing takes place in 600-litre demi-muids.
