Domaine de la Taille aux Loups is a family-owned estate in the Loire Valley, jointly managed by Jacky Blot and his son Jean-Philippe Blot, with winemaking led by Jacky and input from Jean-Philippe and consultant François Chidaine. Based in historic vineyards including Clos Michet and Clos Mosny, the domaine has been organically certified since 1988. Its farming emphasizes massal selection, low yields, green harvesting, and long fallow periods to protect soil health. In the cellar, the approach is natural and low-intervention, using wild yeasts, minimal SO₂, no filtration, and no added sugar.
