Domaine de la Monette is a small Burgundy estate based in Mercurey, with vineyards chiefly in Mercurey and additional parcels in Givry, Rully and Bouzeron. The estate has been farmed organically since 2007 and is Ecocert-certified, with a focus on soil health, biodiversity, solar energy and eco-friendly packaging. Since December 2022, it has been owned and operated by Pierre-Etienne Chevallier, who brings experience from Domaine de la Vougeraie and vineyards in Burgundy and California, supported by his wife Lise and siblings. The wines are made parcel by parcel from estate-grown grapes, with careful sorting, gentle intervention and limited new oak, expressing the character of individual Burgundy vineyards.
