Eredi di Cobelli Aldo is a small, family-run winery founded in 2008 in Sorni di Lavis, Trentino, by brothers Devis and Tiziano, later joined by Ivano. For over 150 years, the family has passed down the art of cultivation, emphasizing a strong link to the territory, respect for the environment, and authentic winemaking. They are members of FIVI (Italian independent winegrowers) and participate in fairs like Vinitaly and Prowein. The winery focuses on meticulous, sustainable vineyard practices and minimal-intervention vinification. They also operate an agriturismo (Cobei Bed & Breakwine) with themed rooms, a historical cellar, and wine tourism experiences, reinforcing their commitment to sharing Trentino’s heritage.
