Clos de los Siete is a collaborative estate in Mendoza’s Uco Valley, bringing together four Bordeaux families in a project originally founded by seven French families. Set at the foot of the Andes, its vineyards lie at high altitude on pebble, clay, and sand soils with natural drainage, in a dry climate with marked day-night temperature shifts. The estate produces a single wine, blended by Michel Rolland, who launched the project and remains its winemaker and master blender. Vineyard work is described as meticulous, with manual pruning, green harvesting, and controlled yields. No sustainability certifications or specific environmental practices are reported.
