Château Montaud is a family domaine in Provence, within the Côtes de Provence appellation, where traditional savoir-faire is combined with modern techniques. Its varied terroirs include clay-limestone and schist soils, shaped by a Mediterranean climate, and the estate prioritizes massal selection across its vineyards. The domaine maintains full control of production and selects its own blends to create balanced, harmonious wines with an individual character for each cuvée. It has begun converting the entire estate to organic farming, with a stated focus on biodiversity and more natural cultivation. The wines reflect the Provençal terroir, including AOP Côtes de Provence rosé.
