Château Les Justices is a small, husband-and-wife-run estate in Preignac, Sauternes, owned and operated by Julie and Xavier Gonet-Médeville, who also make its Sauternes and Bordeaux Supérieur wines. The 8.5-hectare vineyard grows Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Muscadelle, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot on gravel, silt and red-sand soils over bedrock. Farming follows organic and biodynamic practices, with most vineyard work, including harvesting, carried out by hand. The estate’s historic family background supports a clear commitment to sustainable viticulture and high-quality production.
