Château des Demoiselles is a family-owned estate in Provence’s Esclans Valley, acquired by the Teillaud family in 2004 or 2005 and now owned by Aurélie Bertin. Its 72 hectares of AOP Côtes de Provence vineyards are farmed with estate-grown grapes, producing rosé, white, and red wines. The estate combines organic certification from Ecocert since 2023 with HVE Level 3, Vignerons Engagés, and ISO 26000 recognition. Its approach includes agroforestry, hedge replanting, water conservation, plot-level traceability, night harvesting, and vegan production.
