Château Cicéron

France

Château Cicéron is a family-run estate in Corbières, Languedoc-Roussillon, founded and owned by Claude Vialade. Its organic and biodynamic wines hold Organic and Demeter certifications, with viticulture focused on water conservation, drought resistance and precision management. The estate’s Jardin des Vignes Rares is an experimental project based on detailed soil analysis and satellite imagery, matching grape varieties, rootstocks and clones to specific soil types. Wines are produced and vinified on site, including IGP wines from varieties outside appellation regulations. The estate also maintains an organically farmed olive grove and combines wine production with tourism, tastings and accommodation.
