Producer

Baron Charcot

France

Baron Charcot is a Languedoc-Roussillon producer in southern France, with vineyards in the lowlands of the Larzac plateau across the Vin de Pays de l’Hérault area. The range was developed by Wietze Snaak together with winemaker Nicolas Chebille, with a focus on finding grapes with the right ripeness and balance. The wines are positioned as approachable, affordable everyday wines with strong drinkability and broad food-friendly appeal. Notes highlight careful handling of the fruit before and during harvest to avoid bruising and premature fermentation, reflecting a quality-minded approach in the cellar and vineyard.
