Arcobello is a Veneto producer of Prosecco Brut made from 100% Glera. Its origins date to the aftermath of the 1968 Belice Valley earthquake, when young growers including Ermes Mansue established a new venture. The wines are dry and crisp, with a style shaped by stainless-steel ageing.
