Albert Brenot is a Burgundy wine brand based in Savigny-lès-Beaune and produced by the family winery Doudet Naudin. The associated estate dates to 1849 and has been controlled by Pierre and Christian Gouges since 1988. Farming includes manual harvesting, transport in small boxes, and careful grape sorting; the estate also reports agriculture raisonnée and some horse ploughing. Winemaking combines traditional methods with temperature-controlled equipment: wines are fermented in open vats, receive daily pigeage where appropriate, and mature on lees in oak with around 20–30% new barrels depending on the cuvée. Bottling is carried out without clarification or filtration, or with only light filtration. The portfolio spans Burgundy and Beaujolais, with wines intended to express individual appellations and terroirs.
