Yannick Alléno & Michel Chapoutier produce Rhône Valley red and white wines, including Crozes-Hermitage Syrah and Saint-Joseph Marsanne. The family-owned Chapoutier house, founded by Marius Chapoutier and led by Michel Chapoutier since 1990, now includes the next generation, Mathilde and Maxime. Most vineyards have been certified organic and biodynamic since 1999. The wines emphasize terroir-specific expression, single-vineyard selections, and minimal intervention, spanning everyday bottlings to critically acclaimed premium wines.
