Tenute Olbios

Italy

Tenute Olbios is a boutique, family-owned estate in Gallura, Sardinia, run by Daniela Pinna and her husband David. Daniela serves as the winemaker, personally overseeing the roughly 60 hectares of wholly owned vineyards. The estate practices a strict, low-intervention viticulture: dry-farmed with no irrigation (except emergencies), no synthetic herbicides, hand-pruning and harvesting, and only natural, vegetable-based fertilisers. It holds SQNPI, Green Care, and Vegan certifications, employs photovoltaic energy and water-saving systems, and uses an exclusively estate-grown, sustainable production model focused on indigenous varieties like Vermentino.
