Plus & Minus is a contemporary South Australian range focused on handcrafted zero-alcohol wines. It owns the Blind Spot Vineyard in McLaren Vale, acquired in 2019, and operates across sites in Blewitt Springs and Clarendon, including old bush-trained Grenache and 80-year-old Shiraz vines. Fruit is also sourced from the historic Trott Vineyard, owned by local viticulturist Sue Trott. The wines are made from high-quality grapes grown in premium, dry-grown vineyards, without artificial sweeteners, and are enriched with grape skin extract. The Rosé is made entirely from Pinot Noir.
