Founded in 1880, Pieropan is a fourth-generation, family-owned winery in Soave, Veneto, now co-owned by brothers Andrea and Dario Pieropan. The estate is organically certified and is pursuing further sustainability certification, with an underground winery designed around rainwater collection, a green roof and soil reuse. Andrea, an agronomist and winemaker, and Dario, the vineyard manager, continue the family’s long-standing commitment to the estate’s Soave Classico vineyards, with additional holdings in Valpolicella.
