Petit Vega is a personal project of Spanish oenologist Isaac Fernández Montaño in Ribera del Duero. Drawing on his experience as chief oenologist at several leading estates in the region, he focuses mainly on 100% Tempranillo, with a Reserva that includes Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines come from vineyards on limestone soils at around 900 metres of elevation and are described as full-bodied, ripe and generous in style. Petit Vega is presented as a Premium Fincas producer. No official sustainability or certification details are provided.
