Maison Advinam is a small, family-run natural-wine estate in Bordeaux, owned and operated by Anne and Grégoire Buiatti. Founded in 2018, it farms vineyards biodynamically and organically, with Demeter certification, hand work, no chemical inputs, and biodiversity measures including grazing ewes, beehives, orchards and vegetable plots. The wines follow a low-intervention, additive-free philosophy: grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and made without fining or filtration, with minimal or no added sulphur. Aging takes place in terracotta amphorae and barrels, while the winery operates without electricity. The result is a precise, natural style shaped by careful farming and a strong focus on ecosystem health.
