Les Quatre Piliers

France

Les Quatre Piliers is a young, artisanal estate in Noyers-sur-Cher in the Loire Valley, founded and run by winemaker Valentin Desloges. Coming from a family of Touraine grape growers, Desloges trained with Vincent Sipp, the Todeschini family at Château Mangot, Thierry and Paul Pillot, and Raphaël Coche, bringing broad experience to the domaine. The vineyards span four parcels on clay and flinty limestone soils reminiscent of Pouilly-Fumé. The estate has transitioned to organic farming, though no formal certification is noted. Overall, it is a dynamic, grower-led project shaped by hands-on ownership and careful winemaking.
