Roseblossom

Julie Hoch is an independent, couple-owned producer in Austria’s Niederösterreich, based in the Kremstal and run by Julie Hoch with her partner Christoph Hoch. Their wines focus on low-alcohol, natural styles, including pét-nat and sparkling wines as well as distinctive herbal-tea bottlings featuring elderflower, rose, mint, and lavender. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically under Demeter certification, with Demeter-approved preparations and soils that support wild herbs, grasses, and botanicals. In the cellar, the approach is low-intervention, including no added sulfites, with both Julie and Christoph credited as winemakers.
