Producer

Il Colombaio di Santa Chiara

Italy

Il Colombaio di Santa Chiara is a family-owned estate in Tuscany’s San Gimignano area, founded in 2002 by the Logi brothers Alessio, Giampiero, and Stefano, with early guidance from their father Mario. Rooted in the Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG zone, the estate farms organically with annually renewed certification and places strong emphasis on environmental respect and biodiversity. Winemaking is led by Alessio Logi, with Nicola Berti supporting the estate’s organic protocols. Alongside wine, the property also cultivates olive groves at around 400 meters altitude, with manual harvests and organic methods. The producer has earned consistent recognition from major Italian wine guides and critics for wines including Campo della Pieve, Selvabianca, Cremisi, and L’Albereta.
