I Favati is a family-owned winery in Irpinia, Campania, run by the Favati family. Working on volcanic soils in the Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, and Taurasi DOCG areas, they focus on indigenous Irpinian grape varieties and organic viticulture, limiting copper and sulfur treatments. Their style combines low-intervention principles with precise cellar work, including anaerobic pressing, low-temperature fermentation, advanced technology, and minimal sulfur use to produce high-quality wines. The estate also offers on-site accommodation and tasting facilities, and was recognized in Wine & Spirits Magazine’s Top 100 Wineries 2023.
