François Rousset‑Martin is a family-owned Jura estate based in Nevy‑sur‑Seille, with vineyards in the Côtes du Jura and Château‑Chalon. Owned by the family for generations, the domaine has been run by François since 2007. After leaving the local cooperative in 2018, he began vinifying the entire harvest himself in his own modest winery, drawing on a background in biology and oenology. The vineyards are farmed organically and certified by Ecocert. His wines are made in a natural, low-intervention style, with minimal sulfur and no fining or filtration.
