Envínate is a small, shared-ownership winemaking collective in Galicia, founded and owned by Laura Ramos, José Martínez, Roberto Santana, and Alfonso Torrente. Its Ribeira Sacra vineyards sit at 400–600 metres on slate (Lousa) and granite soils, with organically farmed, approximately 60-year-old vines including Mencía, Merenzao, Brancellao, Sousón, Garnacha Tintorera, and Mouratón. The group focuses on single-parcel and village wines made in very small batches. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeasts using whole clusters, then aged in neutral or used French oak and concrete, with minimal sulfur and no fining or filtration. The wines aim to express the mineral, floral, and spicy character of the slate soils through a natural, low-intervention approach.
