Élodie Beaufort is a family-run sparkling wine producer based on the border between Burgundy and Champagne, with vineyards on calcareous soils. Overseen by Élodie Beaufort, daughter of André Beaufort, the estate is noted for certified organic and biodynamic viticulture and a clear focus on sustainable farming. Its wines are made in a traditional Champenoise/Classico sparkling method, including the Brut Nature L’Or de Vix from 100% Pinot Noir, bottled with zero dosage and aged 40 months. The small portfolio and emphasis on low-intervention, environmentally minded production give the domaine a distinctly artisanal profile.
