Producer

Dominique Piron

France

Dominique Piron is a historic Beaujolais producer with a 14-generation family legacy dating to 1590. The family-owned estate is managed by négociant Julien Revillon, who farms his own vineyards and sources grapes from trusted growers. Its approach emphasizes sustainable and natural farming, with semi-carbonic maceration and whole-cluster fermentation in concrete vats. Wines are also released in 250 ml cans. No formal sustainability certifications are noted.
